Refund policy

General Guidelines:

  • Eligibility Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please note that final sale products, mystery gifts and wholesale orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags still attached.

    Return Process:

    1. Visit the return portal at here. 
    2. Log in to your account:
    3. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    4. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    5. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
    6. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
    7. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
    8. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
    9. Click Request return.

      If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

    Damaged or Wrong Items:

    • Reporting Process: Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with photographic evidence of the issue.

    Refund Time-Frame:

    • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. For lost packages, processing may take up to 15 business days.
    • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. PayPal account refunds and credit card refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.
